Preparation process of zirconia ceramic with hydrothermal aging resistance
The invention discloses a preparation process of zirconia ceramic with hydrothermal aging resistance, relates to a process method for preparing zirconia ceramic, and aims to enable the prepared zirconia ceramic to have good hydrothermal aging resistance. The preparation process of the zirconium oxide ceramic with the hydrothermal aging resistance comprises the following steps: preparing zirconium oxide, adding yttrium salt into the zirconium oxide, fully mixing, and adjusting the pH value to 10-12 to obtain a zirconium-yttrium mixed precursor material filter cake; performing low-temperature flash drying on the filter cake to obtain mixed precursor material powder; putting the powder into a vacuum sintering furnace, and performing vacuum sintering to obtain a sintered material; the sintered material is smashed, silicon carbide powder and barium silicide powder are weighed and mixed with the sintered powder, after ball milling, polyvinyl butyral is weighed and added, and a blank is obtained; performing cold isostatic pressing on the blank to obtain a biscuit; putting the biscuit into a vacuum sintering furnace, carrying out vacuum sintering, and naturally cooling; and forming a protective film on the surface layer of the zirconia ceramic body by using an ion implantation technology.
本发明具有抗水热老化特性的氧化锆陶瓷的制备工艺涉及一种制备氧化锆陶瓷的工艺方法,其目的是使制备的氧化锆陶瓷具有良好的抗水热老化特性。本发明具有抗水热老化特性的氧化锆陶瓷的制备工艺包括以下步骤:制得氧化锆,再向其中添加钇盐充分混合后,调整pH至10‑12,获得锆钇混合前驱物料滤饼;将滤饼采用低温闪蒸干燥方式获得混合前驱物料粉末;将粉末投入真空烧结炉中,真空烧结,获得烧结料;将烧结料粉碎,称取碳化硅粉和硅化钡粉,并与烧结粉末混合,球磨后,称取并加入聚乙烯缩丁醛,获得坯料;将坯料冷等静压成型,获得素坯;将素坯放入真空烧结炉内,真空烧结,自然冷却;利用离子注入技术在氧化锆陶瓷本体的表层形成保护膜。
