The invention relates to a melting separation treatment method for heavy metal in waste incineration fly ash, and belongs to the technical field of hazardous waste treatment and resource recycling. The waste incineration fly ash is subjected to water washing and acid pickling dechlorination, and a magnetic adsorbent prepared from iron-rich copper slag is used for adsorbing heavy metal ions in fly ash water washing liquid and acid washing liquid; and then the magnetic adsorbent adsorbed with the heavy metal ions obtained through recovery is mixed with the solid slag to be subjected to high-temperature melting treatment, and iron alloy and molten slag are obtained.
