The swivel bridge guardrail steel formwork reinforcing and leveling system comprises an inner side formwork and an outer side formwork which are arranged on the side edge portion of a swivel bridge, a plurality of lower split bolts are arranged between the bottom of the inner side formwork and the bottom of the outer side formwork at equal intervals, and a plurality of supports are arranged on the upper end face of the inner side formwork and the upper end face of the outer side formwork at equal intervals. An upper split bolt is mounted between the U-shaped notches of the inner support and the outer support; a plurality of telescopic rod assemblies are arranged at the position of a transverse back ridge of a bridge body at equal intervals, a leveling rod is arranged between the upper end of an outer side formwork and the upper end of an inner side formwork, the outer end of the leveling rod is inserted into an upper U-shaped buckle arranged on the upper portion of the outer side formwork, and a first pull rod assembly is connected between a lower U-shaped buckle and a hook at the outer end of the leveling rod. By means of the combination measures, the installation strength of the inner side formwork on a bridge body can be effectively improved, stable and powerful supporting is provided for the outer side formwork, the displacement and dislocation phenomena of the outer side formwork in the pouring construction process can be effectively adjusted and corrected in time, and the pouring construction quality of guardrails is improved.
一种转体桥梁护栏钢模板加固调平体系及施工方法,包括布置在转体桥侧边部的内侧模板和外侧模板,内侧模板和外侧模板的底部之间等间距设有若干个下对拉螺栓,内侧模板和外侧模板的上端面均等间距设有若干个支座,内外支座的U形缺口之间安装有上对拉螺栓;在桥体的横向背楞处等间距设有若干个伸缩杆组件,在外侧模板和内侧模板的上端之间设有调平杆,该调平杆的外端插入在外侧模板上部设置的上U形扣内,下U形扣和调平杆外端的挂钩之间连接有拉杆组件甲;采用这些组合措施可有效提高内侧模板在桥体上的安装强度,对外侧模板提供稳固且强有力的支撑,并可及时有效的对浇筑施工过程中外侧模板位移错模现象进行调整和纠正,提高护栏的浇筑施工质量。
