The cantilever beam section (5) is arranged on the side surface of the steel column (1); the steel beam (10) is arranged on one side, far away from the steel column (1), of the cantilever beam section (5); the butt joint end plate assembly is arranged between the cantilever beam section (5) and the steel beam (10) and comprises a first butt joint end plate (6-1) and a second butt joint end plate (6-2) which are fixedly connected, the first butt joint end plate (6-1) is fixedly connected with the cantilever beam section (5), and the second butt joint end plate (6-2) is fixedly connected with the steel beam (10). Compared with the prior art, it can be effectively guaranteed that the sections of the steel beam and the steel column are in an elastic state all the time, and the beam column joint has certain bearing capacity, rigidity and energy dissipation capacity and further has the advantages of being replaceable and repeatedly applicable.
