The invention provides a machining method of a K-shaped truss, and belongs to the technical field of machining processes of steel structures. The method comprises the following steps that according to the design size, an upper chord beam, a lower chord beam, a connecting plate and an inclined strut are machined; scribing according to a design size to obtain an outer contour line of the K-shaped truss; first supporting molds are installed at the positions, displayed on the outer contour line, of the connecting plates respectively, and second supporting molds are installed at the positions, displayed on the outer contour line, of the upper chord beam, the lower chord beam and the inclined struts respectively; a connecting structure is arranged at the top of each first supporting mould; detachably mounting a connecting plate on the first supporting mould at a position corresponding to the outer contour line; the upper chord beam, the lower chord beam and the inclined strut are installed on the second supporting molds at the corresponding positions of the outer contour line respectively and then welded; after cooling is stable, the K-shaped truss is removed; the technical problems that in the prior art, in the machining process of the K-shaped truss, the size deviation is large, the percent of pass is low, and welding deformation is large are mainly solved.
本发明提供一种K型桁架的加工方法,属于钢结构的加工工艺技术领域;该方法包括以下步骤:根据设计尺寸,加工出上弦梁、下弦梁、连接板及斜撑;根据设计尺寸进行划线得到K型桁架的外轮廓线;在外轮廓线显示的连接板的位置分别安装第一支撑胎具,在外轮廓线显示的上弦梁、下弦梁及斜撑位置分别安装第二支撑胎具;在每个第一支撑胎具顶部分别设置连接结构;将连接板可拆卸地安装在外轮廓线对应位置的第一支撑胎具上;将上弦梁、下弦梁、斜撑分别安装到外轮廓线对应位置的第二支撑胎具上,然后进行焊接;冷却稳定后,将K型桁架移除;主要解决现有技术中K型桁架加工过程中尺寸偏差大、合格率低且焊接变形大的技术问题。
