Composite modified aerogel material, preparation method thereof, thermoelectric device and thermoelectric module
The invention provides a composite modified aerogel material, a preparation method thereof, a thermoelectric device and a thermoelectric module. The composite modified aerogel material comprises a first modified aerogel layer and a second modified aerogel layer which are stacked, the first modified aerogel layer comprises first aerogel and first filler filled in the first aerogel; the second modified aerogel layer comprises a second aerogel and a second filler filled in the second aerogel; the first filler is inorganic long fibers, and the second filler is inorganic particles and/or inorganic short fibers. The thermoelectric device comprises a hot-end electrode, a thermoelectric arm and a cold-end electrode which are stacked in sequence, and a composite modified aerogel material which coats the partial or whole surface of the side surface of the thermoelectric arm. According to the thermoelectric device coated with the composite modified aerogel material, sublimation of elements in the thermoelectric material can be effectively inhibited, the high-temperature stability of the thermoelectric material is improved, and the long-term service reliability of a thermoelectric module is ensured.
本发明提供了一种复合改性气凝胶材料、其制备方法、热电器件和热电模块。所述复合改性气凝胶材料包括层叠的第一改性气凝胶层和第二改性气凝胶层;第一改性气凝胶层包括第一气凝胶和填充在第一气凝胶内的第一填料;第二改性气凝胶层包括第二气凝胶和填充在第二气凝胶内的第二填料;第一填料为无机长纤维,第二填料为无机颗粒和/或无机短纤维。所述热电器件包括依次层叠的热端电极、热电臂和冷端电极,以及包覆在热电臂侧面的局部或全部表面的复合改性气凝胶材料。采用本发明提供的复合改性气凝胶材料包覆的热电器件,能够有效抑制热电材料中元素的升华,提高热电材料的高温稳定性,确保热电模块长期服役的可靠性。
