Construction waste recycled aggregate curing agent for road base mixture
The invention discloses a curing agent of construction waste recycled aggregate for a road base mixture. The curing agent comprises the following raw materials: modified silicate; a silane coupling agent; modified nano titanium dioxide; an organic silicon water repellent; a surfactant; a defoaming agent; and the balance of water. The preparation process of the modified silicate solution comprises the following steps: adding boric anhydride or boric acid into the silicate solution while stirring, and reacting until the boric acid or boric anhydride is completely dissolved; continuing the reaction, and after the reaction is completed, filtering to obtain a boric anhydride or boric acid modified silicate solution; the boric anhydride or boric acid modified silicate solution is dried, and boric anhydride or boric acid modified silicate is obtained.Boron-oxygen tetrahedrons generated during modification are used for repairing fractures and defect parts in a silicate network, so that the mechanical property and water resistance of the curing agent are improved; and the modified curing agent has excellent water resistance and heat resistance, and the chemical stability and physical and mechanical properties of the modified curing agent are obviously improved.
