Flexible composite aerogel material and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparation of intercalated montmorillonite: adding montmorillonite into deionized water, stirring to obtain a montmorillonite aqueous dispersion, preparing an intercalator aqueous solution with the concentration of 10-40%, blending the intercalator aqueous solution with the montmorillonite dispersion according to the volume ratio of (1: 1)-(3: 1), stirring until the intercalator aqueous solution and the montmorillonite dispersion are uniformly dispersed to obtain intercalated montmorillonite; an intercalated montmorillonite mixed solution is obtained, a sample is ground into powder after washing and drying, and intercalated montmorillonite is obtained; step 2, preparation of a flexible composite aerogel material: adding the intercalated montmorillonite prepared in the step 1 and whiskers into deionized water, carrying out ultrasonic oscillation dispersion treatment to obtain a uniform dispersion liquid, adding a polymer binder solution, heating in a water bath and stirring; and pouring the mixed solution into a mold, and freeze-drying to obtain the flexible composite aerogel material. The method is simple in process, convenient to operate, low in cost and suitable for mass production, and formation of the solid network skeleton structure in the gel can be accurately controlled.
本发明公开了一种柔性复合气凝胶材料及制备方法,步骤如下:步骤1,插层蒙脱土的制备:将蒙脱土加入去离子水中搅拌得到蒙脱土水分散液,配置浓度为10~40%插层剂水溶液,与蒙脱土分散液按1:1~3:1的体积比进行共混,搅拌至分散均匀,得插层蒙脱土混合溶液,洗涤干燥后将样品研磨成粉末,得插层蒙脱土;步骤2,柔性复合气凝胶材料的制备:将步骤1中制备的插层蒙脱土和晶须加入去离子水中,进行超声震荡分散处理得到均匀分散液,加入聚合物粘结剂溶液,水浴加热并搅拌;将混合溶液倒入模具,冷冻干燥得到柔性复合气凝胶材料。本发明工艺简单,能精准控制凝胶中固体网络骨架结构的形成,操作方便,成本低廉适用于大批量生产。
