Manufacturing method of high-performance recycled asphalt concrete
The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt concrete, and discloses a manufacturing method of high-performance recycled asphalt concrete, which comprises the following steps: step 1, collecting materials: collecting old asphalt concrete, cleaning stains on the surface of the old asphalt concrete, and drying for later use after cleaning; 2, crushing the waste materials; step 3, material separation: the old asphalt concrete blocks are flatly laid and fed into a drying oven, the drying oven is started to melt asphalt attached to the surfaces of the old asphalt concrete blocks, and the old asphalt is separated from the concrete; step 4, classified collection: separating the old asphalt from the concrete blocks, then independently storing the old asphalt and the concrete blocks, continuously crushing the concrete blocks into 1cm < 3 >-2cm < 3 > particles, and then storing the particles; 5, separating the old asphalt, cooling the old asphalt into a semi-solid state, and fusing the semi-solid old asphalt group and the novel asphalt group according to a ratio of 1: 9 to obtain standby asphalt; and step 6, adding a fiber material into the mixture obtained in the step 5, and mixing the standby asphalt fused with the fiber material with concrete particles to obtain the recycled asphalt concrete.
