RECYCLED ASPHALT MIXTURE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND RECYCLED ASPHALT MIXTURE
To provide a recycled asphalt mixture manufacturing method and recycled asphalt mixture capable of exhibiting further excellent durability.SOLUTION: A recycled asphalt mixture manufacturing method includes the steps of: adding a regeneration additive and/or a workability improving agent to an asphalt recycled aggregate a by an injector at normal temperature or by heating; and curing the asphalt recycled aggregate a for 3 days or more. Thereby, the regeneration additive and/or the workability improving agent penetrate(s) deeply into the old asphalt and improve(s) the properties of the asphalt recycled aggregate a. The cured asphalt recycled aggregate a is dried by heating. Then, the asphalt recycled aggregate a is charged into a mixer 5 together with a novel coarse aggregate b, a fine aggregate d, a filler such as stone powder, and a novel asphalt c, and mixed, whereby a recycled asphalt mixture A can be manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より優れた耐久性を発揮できる再生アスファルト混合物の製造方法と再生アスファルト混合物を提供する。【解決手段】再生アスファルト混合物の製造方法は、常温で、または加温して、アスファルト再生骨材ａに再生用添加剤及び／または施工性改善剤を噴射機で添加する工程と、アスファルト再生骨材ａを３日以上養生する工程とを有する。これにより、アスファルト再生骨材ａに対して再生用添加剤及び／または施工性改善剤が旧アスファルトの内部に深く浸透して性状を改善させる。養生後のアスファルト再生骨材ａは加熱して乾燥させる。そして、アスファルト再生骨材ａは、新規の粗骨材ｂ、細骨材ｄ、石粉等のフィラー、新規のアスファルトｃと共にミキサー５に投入して混合することで、再生アスファルト混合物Ａを製造できる。【選択図】図１
