Solid-waste-based light fire-resistant thermal insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a fire-resistant heat-insulating material, in particular to a green low-carbon solid-waste-based light fire-resistant heat-insulating material which comprises the following raw materials: granulated blast-furnace slag powder, waste construction waste micro powder, waste ceramic tile powder, limestone waste residues, flue gas desulfurization gypsum, waste foam glass particles, waste ceramic fibers, a foaming agent, a water reducing agent, a foam stabilizer and water. Solid waste materials such as the waste construction waste micro powder, the waste ceramic tile powder and the granulated blast furnace slag are adopted, no cement clinker exists, low carbon and environment friendliness are achieved, and the solid waste utilization rate is high; the light fire-resistant and heat-insulating material is prepared in a chemical foaming manner; waste ceramic tile powder and waste foam glass particle high-temperature-resistant materials are utilized to enhance the fire resistance and heat insulation performance; the waste ceramic fiber is utilized to improve the heat insulation performance, enhance the strength and toughness, improve the durability of the fire-resistant heat insulation material, and have low shrinkage.
