Lightweight periclase-carbon refractory material with multi-scale core-shell structure and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a lightweight periclase-carbon refractory material with a multi-scale core-shell structure and a preparation method of the lightweight periclase-carbon refractory material. According to the technical scheme, 16 wt%-24 wt% of microporous periclase refractory aggregate I, 22 wt%-32 wt% of microporous periclase refractory aggregate II and 16 wt%-24 wt% of microporous periclase refractory aggregate III are used as total aggregates, and 24 wt%-38 wt% of magnesia fine powder, 0.1 wt%-1.5 wt% of monatomic silicon powder and 0.5 wt%-3 wt% of crystalline flake graphite powder are used as total matrixes. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting the total aggregate into a stirrer, adding modified liquid thermosetting phenolic resin which accounts for 2-6wt% of the sum of the total aggregate and the total matrix, and uniformly mixing; then adding the total matrix, and stirring; and carrying out mechanical pressing molding, and carrying out heat preservation at 200-320 DEG C for 12-36 hours, so as to prepare the lightweight periclase-carbon refractory material with the multi-scale core-shell structure. The product has the characteristics of multi-scale core-shell structure, low heat conductivity coefficient, high strength, good thermal shock resistance and strong erosion resistance.
本发明涉及一种具有多尺度核壳结构的轻量化方镁石‑碳耐火材料及制备方法。其技术方案是:以16~24wt%的多微孔方镁石耐火骨料I、22~32wt%的多微孔方镁石耐火骨料II和16~24wt%的多微孔方镁石耐火骨料Ⅲ为总骨料,以24~38wt%的镁砂细粉、0.1~1.5wt%的单质硅粉和0.5~3wt%的鳞片石墨粉为总基质。先将总骨料置于搅拌机中,外加总骨料和总基质之和2~6wt%的改性液态热固性酚醛树脂,混匀;然后加入总基质,搅拌;机压成型,200~320℃条件下保温12~36h,制得具有多尺度核壳结构的轻量化方镁石‑碳耐火材料。该制品具有多尺度核壳结构、导热系数低、强度高、热震稳定性好和抗侵蚀能力强的特点。
