The invention discloses a construction method of a beam-first arch-second in-situ assembled steel structure main bridge crossing a river channel, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction. The construction method comprises the following construction steps of: hoisting east and west side arched beam combination section sections, end cross beam sections, cantilever end cross beam sections and arch foot sections; bridge deck steel beam sections are assembled at bridge sites, and then the bridge deck steel beam sections are assembled until bridge deck steel beams are constructed to be closed; the auxiliary arch rib sections and the main arch rib sections are installed, and then the inter-arch decoration sections are installed; after the auxiliary arch rib sections and the main arch rib sections are installed, the main wind braces are installed, and then the decorative wind braces and the auxiliary wind braces are hoisted; after the arch rib structure is installed, suspenders are installed; dismantling the temporary support of the arch rib, and tensioning the prestress of the tie beam for the first time; and the remaining cantilever sections are installed, the suspenders are tensioned in batches, and construction of the steel structure main bridge is completed. The hoisting difficulty is reduced, the construction period is shortened, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了跨越河道的先梁后拱、原位组拼的钢结构主桥施工方法,涉及桥梁施工技术领域。施工步骤如下:进行东西侧拱梁结合段分段、端横梁分段、悬挑端横梁分段及拱脚节段的吊装;进行桥面钢梁节段桥位组拼,随后再对桥面钢梁节段进行组拼,直至桥面钢梁施工至合拢;安装副拱肋节段和主拱肋节段,随后安装拱间装饰节段;待副拱肋和主拱肋节段安装完成后,安装主风撑,随后进行装饰风撑和次风撑的吊装;拱肋结构安装完成之后进行吊杆安装;拆除拱肋临时支架,并第一次张拉系梁预应力;安装剩余挑臂节段,进行吊杆分批张拉,完成钢结构主桥施工。本发明降低了吊装难度,节省了施工周期,降低了施工成本,保证了施工质量。
