A support of a main bridge steel beam is constructed underwater, a main arch support is constructed in batches according to the underwater part and the overwater part, rock-socketed piles are arranged on the underwater part, and concrete is poured into the underwater part; and after the main bridge steel beam is completed, the overwater part of the main arch and the temporary support of the auxiliary arch are arranged in time according to the installation progress of the arch rib sections.
