Long spiral drilling and pressure grouting pile construction equipment and method
A double-layer steel casing structure is used, and the construction method comprises the following steps that S1, measurement and positioning are conducted, specifically, pile position casting measurement is conducted according to control points provided by a surveying and mapping department, and the position of a to-be-drilled press-grouting pile is determined; s2, a double-layer steel casing is inserted downwards, and the bottom of the double-layer steel casing is vertically inserted into the first designed elevation at the pile position through the dead weight of the double-layer steel casing or a vibratory hammer; s3, hole drilling and concrete pouring are conducted, specifically, after a pile machine is used for drilling to the preset pile hole depth, concrete is poured in a pressing mode till the designed elevation of the pile top is second or above; s5, a reinforcement cage is inserted downwards, the bottom of the reinforcement cage is vertically inserted into the pile to the three positions of the designed elevation through a vibration rod, and the vibration rod is lifted upwards; s6, concrete is poured for the second time and vibrated to be compact; and S7, the outer-layer steel casing is pulled out, specifically, the outer-layer steel casing is pulled out through a vibratory hammer, and backfilling is conducted till the site is leveled and the elevation is reached. According to the drilling press-grouting pile constructed through the method, construction mechanical equipment does not touch the poured pile body in the follow-up operation.
本发明公开了一种长螺旋钻孔压灌桩施工设备及方法,使用双层钢护筒结构,使用如下步骤,S1、测量定位,根据测绘部门提供的控制点进行桩位投测,确定待钻孔压灌桩位置;S2、下插双层钢护筒,利用双层钢护筒自重或振动锤将双层钢护筒筒底在桩位处垂直插入至设计标高一处;S3、钻孔灌混凝土,利用桩机钻至预定桩孔深度后压灌混凝土至桩顶设计标高二以上,S4、拔出内层钢护筒;S5、下插钢筋笼,利用振动杆将钢筋笼底部垂直插入桩内至设计标高三处并上提振动杆;S6、二次浇注砼并振捣密实;S7、拔出外层钢护筒,利用振动锤将外层钢护筒拔出,并回填至场地整平标高。此方法施工的钻孔压灌桩让施工机械设备在后续作业中不会擦碰到已经浇筑完成的桩体。
