The invention discloses a prefabricated phase-change concrete energy pile system with a replaceable pile core and a construction method of the prefabricated phase-change concrete energy pile system. The prefabricated phase-change concrete energy pile system comprises a mold for manufacturing a prefabricated energy pile and the prefabricated phase-change energy pile system with the replaceable pile core. The prefabricated phase change energy pile system with the replaceable pile core further comprises a prefabricated phase change concrete pipe pile composed of phase change concrete, a reinforcement cage and an external stainless steel pipe, the replaceable pile core composed of an internal polyethylene pipe and a heat exchange pipe, a cold and heat circulation system and a temperature displacement monitoring system. According to the phase change concrete disclosed by the invention, energy is stored and released through phase change by blending the phase change aggregate, so that the energy storage capacity of the concrete is improved. The temperature around the pile body and the displacement change of the pile end are monitored according to the temperature displacement monitoring system, and whether the pile core is replaced or not is judged according to data. The device saves energy, is simple in cost, easy to install and high in applicability, and has a good prospect.
