The anti-floating anchor end construction device comprises a first limiting plate, a second limiting plate, a limiting hoop and a plurality of petal-shaped clamps, penetrating holes corresponding in position are formed in the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate, and the two ends of each petal-shaped clamp abut against the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate respectively. The outer walls of the petal-shaped clamps are connected to form a closed curved surface, the petal-shaped clamps are sleeved with the limiting hoops, and the bottom ends of the limiting hoops are fixedly connected with the second limiting plate. A standard inverted-cone-shaped downwards-concave structure is formed on the surface of the building bottom plate through a simple device, an operation space is provided for follow-up prestress applying and anchor sealing, the surface flatness of the building bottom plate after anchor sealing is improved by controlling the size of a prefabricated structure, and important guarantee is provided for follow-up construction. Through the combined effect of all structures in the device, the steel strand is in a vertical state all the time, sliding and deviation of the steel strand are avoided, and the device has important significance for improving the construction quality and overall effectiveness of an anti-floating system.
本发明提供一种抗浮锚杆端头施工装置及施工方法,其包括限位板一、限位板二、限位箍和若干个瓣形卡具,所述限位板一和限位板二上设有位置对应的穿孔,所述瓣形卡具的两端分别抵接所述限位板一和所述限位板二,若干个所述瓣形卡具的外壁连接成闭合曲面,所述限位箍套设于所述瓣形卡具外部,且底端固连所述限位板二。本发明利用简易装置在建筑底板表面形成标准的倒锥形下凹结构,为后续施加预应力及封锚提供作业空间,通过对预制结构的尺寸控制,提高封锚后建筑底板的表面平整度,为后续施工顺行提供重要保障;通过装置内各结构联合作用,使钢绞线时刻处于竖直状态,避免其滑落、偏位,对提高抗浮体系的施工质量和整体效用具有重要意义。
