The invention discloses a high-rise building tubular pile damping structure which comprises an upper tubular pile, a lower tubular pile, a connecting assembly and a supporting assembly, the bottom end of the upper tubular pile and the top end of the lower tubular pile are correspondingly arranged, the connecting assembly comprises a connecting sleeve, a cushioning damping rod and an abutting rolling wheel, and the connecting sleeve is jointly arranged outside the connecting position of the upper tubular pile and the lower tubular pile in a sleeving mode; the cushioning damping rod is connected to the inner wall of the connecting sleeve, the abutting rolling wheel is connected with one end of the cushioning damping rod, abutting blind grooves are formed in the outer wall of the upper pipe pile and the outer wall of the lower pipe pile correspondingly, and the abutting rolling wheel abuts against the inner walls of the abutting blind grooves; a plurality of supporting blocks are arranged at the connecting position of the inner cavity of the upper pipe pile and the inner cavity of the lower pipe pile and located on the same plane circumference, and the inner supporting blocks abut against the inner wall of the upper pipe pile and the inner wall of the lower pipe pile.
