Hammering device for high strain detection
The invention provides a high-strain detection hammering device, which belongs to the field of hammering detection and comprises a fixing plate, a plurality of supporting piles, a side edge tensile structure, a buffer spring, a hollow cylinder with a bottom, gunpowder and a hammering plate, the fixing plate is in a flat plate shape. The side edge tensile structure comprises a plurality of tensile steel bars which are symmetrically distributed on the side edges of the periphery of the fixing plate. The upper portions of the tensile steel bars are fixed to the fixing plate, and the lower portions of the tensile steel bars are connected with the supporting piles. The buffer spring is fixedly connected below the center position of the fixed plate; the lower part of the buffer spring is connected with the inverted hollow cylinder with the bottom; and gunpowder and a hammering plate are sequentially arranged in the hollow cylinder with the bottom from top to bottom. Explosion vibration is carried out on the pile top so as to hammer the pile top and generate stress waves. Compared with a traditional drop hammer device, the drop hammer device has the advantages that the operation process is obviously simplified, and the use convenience is improved.
