According to the H-shaped steel mild bolting method and the bolting-welding type connector in the construction stage of the portal rigid frame, the situation that when H-shaped steel of a traditional portal rigid frame is in butt joint, the load difference exists in the construction stage and the use stage is not distinguished, and full bolt connection is conducted according to the extreme load working condition, so that the economical efficiency is poor; in order to solve the problem that the node rigidity is insufficient due to the connection of a plurality of webs or single web connection, the invention provides an H-shaped steel mild bolting method, in the construction stage, after the end parts of two adjacent H-shaped steel beams are aligned, the connected webs as well as the upper and lower flanges are connected through connecting plates, and the connecting plates are fixed by selecting a proper amount of bolts; the number of the bolts and the rigidity of the connecting plate only meet the rigidity and strength requirements in the construction stage; after hoisting is completed, the connected flanges are welded and fixed with the connecting plates as run-on plates; the H-shaped steel mild bolting method in the portal rigid frame construction stage is convenient to connect, more economical and high in joint strength.
本发明提出一种门式刚架施工阶段H型钢轻度栓接方法及栓焊型接头,本发明充分考虑到传统门式刚架H型钢对接时,不区分施工阶段和使用阶段荷载有差异的情况,按照极端荷载工况条件进行全螺栓连接导致经济性差,或者单腹板连接导致节点刚度不足的问题,提出一种H型钢轻度栓接的方法,在施工阶段,相邻两根H型钢梁的端部对齐后,相连的腹板之间以及上下翼缘之间通过连接板相连,所述连接板通过选取适量的螺栓进行固定;所述螺栓的数量以及所述连接板的刚度仅满足施工阶段的刚度和强度需求;吊装完成后,相连的翼缘之间,以连接板为引弧板进行焊接固定;从而提出一种连接方便,更经济且节点强度高的门式刚架施工阶段H型钢轻度栓接方法。
