The invention discloses a box type frame beam and H-shaped steel column full-bolting rigid connection joint and a construction method. An H-shaped steel frame column is connected with a box type steel frame beam through an outward extending section on the side face. The box type steel frame beam comprises end longitudinal stiffening ribs and two frame beam flange plates; the overhanging section comprises two overhanging section flange plates and an overhanging section middle web plate; and the end part, connected with the overhanging section, of the box-type steel frame beam and the overhanging section are fixed by arranging a first flange node connecting plate, a web node connecting plate, a second flange node connecting plate, a box-type node connecting piece and corresponding bolts. During construction, the H-shaped steel frame column, the overhanging section and the box-shaped steel frame beam are firstly manufactured, and then are fixedly connected with the first flange node connecting plate, the web node connecting plate, the second flange node connecting plate and the box-shaped node connecting piece through bolts on site. Efficiency is improved, quality is guaranteed, only workers need to install bolts on the construction site, and operation is easy.
本发明公开了箱型框架梁与H型钢柱全栓接刚接连接节点及施工方法及施工方法,H型钢框架柱通过侧面的外伸段与箱型钢框架梁连接;箱型钢框架梁包括端部纵向加劲肋和两块框架梁翼缘板;外伸段包括两块外伸段翼缘板和外伸段中腹板;箱型钢框架梁与外伸段连接的端部与外伸段之间通过设置第一翼缘节点连接板、腹板节点连接板、第二翼缘节点连接板和“盒式”节点连接件,及相应的螺栓进行固定。施工时,先制作H型钢框架柱、外伸段和箱型钢框架梁,再在现场通过螺栓和第一翼缘节点连接板、腹板节点连接板、第二翼缘节点连接板及“盒式”节点连接件进行固定连接。本发明提高效率、保障质量,施工现场仅需要工人安装螺栓,操作简单。
