Tool and method for positioning and mounting prefabricated column
The tool comprises a mounting seat, the mounting seat comprises a limiting arm I and a limiting arm II which are connected at a preset angle, the limiting arm I is connected with a limiting rod, the limiting rod is provided with a locking piece, and the limiting arm II is provided with a guide hole; the bubble level is fixed on the mounting seat; the four sets of horizontal fixing assemblies form a ring wrapping the preset prefabricated column. The limiting arm II in the next level of horizontal fixing assembly is located on the limiting rod and limited between the limiting arm I in the previous level of horizontal fixing assembly and the locking piece. The device further comprises two laser gradienters, the laser gradienters are fixed to the mounting bases in any set of horizontal fixing assemblies, and the two laser gradienters are not located on the same side of the preset prefabricated column. By means of the tool, the position and perpendicularity of the preset prefabricated column can be in place at a time when the prefabricated column is installed, the positioning and installing efficiency of the prefabricated column is greatly improved, and the construction progress is accelerated.
