Mounting method of prefabricated column
The invention relates to an installation method of a prefabricated column. The installation method comprises the steps that a combination surface on an installation foundation is cleaned and scabbled; straightening and correcting all the reserved steel bars in the junction surface; paying off the axes of all the reserved steel bars on the top surface of the mounting foundation to form first reserved steel bar axes, wherein the first reserved steel bar axes correspond to the reserved steel bars one to one; paying off the axes of all the sleeves at the bottom of the prefabricated column on the side wall, close to one side of the corresponding sleeve, of the prefabricated column to form sleeve axes, wherein the sleeve axes correspond to the sleeves one to one; the prefabricated column is hoisted to the position over the combination face, and the position of the prefabricated column is adjusted till the axis of each sleeve perpendicularly intersects with the axis of the corresponding first reserved steel bar; the prefabricated column is moved downwards, so that the sleeves are arranged on the corresponding reserved steel bars in a sleeving mode; bedding and bin sealing are conducted on the joint of the prefabricated column and the installation foundation in the circumferential direction of the prefabricated column; and the sleeves are filled with slurry to connect the prefabricated column to the mounting foundation, so that the labor cost is saved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the working efficiency is high.
