The hovering unmanned aerial vehicle set is arranged in front of the maintained road surface, the vehicles on the road surface are monitored, targeted warning slogans are formulated, visibility can be detected in real time, the set distance between the folding deceleration strips is adjusted, when the vehicles run to the folding deceleration strip area, bumping is generated, a driver is refreshed, and the safety of the driver is improved.
