The invention discloses a highway accident early warning structure, and relates to the field of accident early warning, the highway accident early warning structure comprises a warning mechanism, the bottom end of the warning mechanism is provided with a mounting mechanism, the warning mechanism is internally provided with an electric power mechanism, and the warning mechanism is internally provided with a maintenance mechanism; the warning mechanism comprises a shell, a motor is fixedly connected to the top end of the inner wall of the shell, the output end of the motor is fixedly connected with one end of a first lead screw, the other end of the first lead screw is rotationally connected to the inner wall of the shell, and a warning board is rotationally connected to the side wall of the shell. When an accident occurs on a front expressway, the expressway monitoring system is used for observing the time bureau, and then personnel in a monitoring room starts the expressway accident early warning structure, so that a motor drives a lead screw to rotate, the lead screw pushes a warning board to turn over and unfold, and passing vehicles are prompted; and the occurrence of secondary accidents is effectively avoided.
