The invention discloses a thermal insulation cement slurry system, which comprises a dry material and water, the dry material comprises the following components by mass: 75%-80% of high temperature resistant cement, 0-5% of a density regulator, 18%-19.8% of a thermal insulation agent, 0.1%-1% of a coagulation accelerator, and 0.1%-1% of a fluid loss agent, and the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%. The set cement formed by curing the heat-insulation cement slurry system has good heat insulation performance, can meet field requirements, can remarkably reduce the energy loss of a cement sheath outside a casing pipe, has the heat conductivity coefficient of 0.19 W/m.K, and reaches the index of a heat-insulation material.
本发明公开一种绝热水泥浆体系,包括干料和水,其中干料按质量百分比由以下组分组成:耐高温水泥为75%‑80%、密度调节剂为0‑5%、绝热剂为18%‑19.8%、促凝剂为0.1%‑1%、降失水剂0.1%‑1%,以上组分质量百分比之和为100%。本发明绝热水泥浆体系固化形成的水泥石具有良好的绝热性,不仅可以满足现场要求还可以显著降低套管外水泥环的能量损耗,其导热系数达0.19W/m·K,达到绝热材料的指标。
