Foaming ceramic plate production process
The invention discloses a foamed ceramic plate production process, which comprises the following steps of: spreading ceramic powder with the thickness of more than or equal to 5mm in a refractory kiln furniture, and slicking; foaming ceramic powder is scattered on the ceramic layer and scraped to be flat; and cooling, taking out of the kiln, removing the refractory kiln furniture to obtain the foamed ceramic plate, and edging and/or cutting the foamed ceramic plate according to the required shape to obtain a finished product. Wherein the difference value of linear thermal expansion coefficients of the ceramic layer raw material and the foamed ceramic layer raw material at 30-200 DEG C and 30-600 DEG C is not greater than 0.7 * 10 <-6 > K <-1 >. The foamed ceramic plate prepared by the method is high in bonding degree, not easy to fall off, long in durable time and stable in foaming, has a decorative effect, can be simply cut and processed into various ceramic plates according to needs, saves the fuel consumption cost, greatly improves the utilization rate of materials and kilns, and improves the output value.
本发明公开一种发泡陶瓷板生产工艺,其包括如下步骤:在耐火窑具内布撒厚度≥5mm的陶瓷粉料,刮平;将发泡陶瓷粉料布撒于陶瓷层上,刮平;送入窑炉中烧成,冷却出窑后拆除耐火窑具,即获得发泡陶瓷板,按所需形制进行磨边和/或切割加工得到成品;其中,陶瓷层原料和发泡陶瓷层原料在30‑200℃以及30‑600℃的线性热膨胀系数差值不大于0.7×10‑6K‑1。采用本发明制备的发泡陶瓷板结合度高,不轻易脱落,耐用时间长,平稳发泡,具备装饰效果,且根据需要还可通过简单地切割加工成多种陶瓷板材,节省燃耗成本,大大提升了材料和窑炉的利用率,提高了产值。
