Foaming ceramic production process
The invention provides a foamed ceramic production process, and relates to the field of light ceramic material production. The process takes silicon carbide as a foaming agent, and comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out surface flatness detection on a foamed ceramic product discharged from a kiln, determining surface topography data of the foamed ceramic product discharged from the kiln, and then supplementing a foamed ceramic raw material layer prepared by a forming process before entering the kiln for firing in the same batch according to the surface topography data, the raw materials used for material supplementing are the same as or basically the same as the raw material components of the surface layer of the foamed ceramic raw material layer, the material supplementing area is the concave area of the foamed ceramic product taken out of the kiln, and after material supplementing, the morphology of the raw material layer is kept and the foamed ceramic product enters the kiln for firing. According to the process, the flatness of the foamed ceramic after firing can be improved, the grinding amount of cutting/polishing is reduced, resources can be saved, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种发泡陶瓷生产工艺,涉及轻质陶瓷材料生产领域。本工艺以碳化硅为发泡剂,包括如下步骤:先对出窑后的发泡陶瓷制品进行表面平整度检测,确定出窑后发泡陶瓷制品的表面形貌数据,再根据表面形貌数据对同批次未入窑烧前经成型工艺制得的发泡陶瓷原料层的进行补料,补料使用的原料与发泡陶瓷原料层的表层原料组分相同或基本相同,补料的区域为出窑后发泡陶瓷制品的凹陷区域,补料后,保持原料层的形貌,入窑烧成。这种工艺能提高发泡陶瓷烧后的平整度,减少切割/抛磨的磨削量,可节约资源、降低生产成本。
