Implant surface treatment method and application thereof
The invention discloses a surface treatment method and application of an implant. The surface treatment method of the implant specifically comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a mold; preparing a female mold of the implant, and treating the inner surface of the female mold to prepare a macroscopic surface appearance, so as to obtain a mold; (2) spraying a mixed coating on the inner surface of the mold in the step (1); and (3) filling the raw material powder of the implant into a metal mold cavity of a mold, and carrying out compression molding and sintering to obtain the implant. According to the surface treatment method, the implant with macroscopic morphology and microscopic morphology can be prepared, material surface defects caused by surface treatment such as sand blasting and acid etching can be avoided, the components of the obtained implant are basically the same as those of the raw materials, the impurity content is lower, surface component changes cannot be caused, and the method is suitable for industrial production. Therefore, good material performance is maintained.
本发明公开了种植体的表面处理方法及应用。本发明的种植体的表面处理方法具体包括:(1)模具制备。制备种植体的阴模,对所述阴模的内表面处理后制备出宏观表面形貌,获得模具;(2)在步骤(1)所述的模具的内表面,喷涂混合涂层;(3)将种植体的原料粉料充填到模具的金属模腔内,经压制成型、烧结后,得到所述种植体。通过本发明的表面处理方法不仅可以制备得到具有宏观形貌和微观形貌的种植体,而且可以避免因喷砂、酸蚀等表面处理造成的材料表面缺陷,得到的种植体的成分基本与原料相同,且杂质含量更少,不会造成表面成分的改变,从而维持较好的材料性能。
