The invention relates to a truss-steel plate combined box girder, a bridge and a construction method, and the truss-steel plate combined box girder comprises a steel plate main girder part which comprises a steel bottom plate and a plurality of parallel steel plate girder groups vertically arranged on the steel bottom plate; the truss parts are arranged on the steel plate main beam part in parallel in the width direction of the steel plate main beam part; the upper chord member is used for being connected with the top of the steel plate beam group; the lower chord member is used for being connected with the bottom of the steel plate beam group; the large cantilever arm supporting inclined rod is connected with the end parts of the same sides of the upper chord member and the lower chord member; the plurality of vertical rod groups are vertically arranged between the lower chord member and the upper chord member; and the supporting inclined rod groups are obliquely arranged between the adjacent vertical rod groups and are connected with the upper chord and the lower chord. The bridge is formed by splicing a plurality of truss-steel plate combined box girders. Compared with the prior art, the truss-steel plate combined box girder has the advantages that under the condition that longitudinal and transverse stress reliability and local stability are guaranteed, the steel consumption is obviously reduced, and the economical efficiency is improved.
