Road soil condition detection method
The invention provides a road soil condition detection method, and belongs to the technical field of road engineering, after a soil roadbed of a road is constructed, rolling and flattening are performed, then a plurality of counterweight units which are in vertical sliding fit with one another are arranged in a row in the width direction of the road, and the counterweight units are supported by the soil roadbed; each counterweight unit is in contact with one cross beam through the corresponding pressure-bearing spring in the vertical direction, when the bearing capacity of the roadbed where the counterweight units are located is enough, the counterweight units and the pressure-bearing springs are not in extrusion contact, or extrusion force within a set range exists between the counterweight units and the pressure-bearing springs, and the pressure-bearing spring at each position is fixedly connected to the corresponding pressure sensor; all the counterweight units are driven to move synchronously in the path direction, and according to detection values of the pressure sensors, whether the soil texture of the current detected road section meets further construction requirements or not is judged in combination with actual road design requirements. According to the invention, the bearing capacity of the road soil condition can be comprehensively and truly reflected.
本发明提供的公路土况检测方法,属于公路工程技术领域,将公路的土质路基筑好后,滚压平整,然后采用若干个彼此竖直滑动配合的配重单元在公路的宽度方向上排成一排,配重单元被土质路基支撑,每个配重单元在竖直方向上通过承压弹簧与一个横梁接触,且当配重单元所在的路基承载力足够时,配重单元与承压弹簧之间不挤压接触,或者存在设定范围内的挤压力,每处的承压弹簧固定连接在对应的一个压力传感器上;驱动所有的配重单元沿着路径方向同步移动,根据这些压力传感器的检测值,结合实际道路设计需求,判定当前被测公路段的土质是否满足进一步施工要求。本发明可以全面而真实地反应公路土况的承载力。
