Construction method for hammering, ramming, leading hole drilling and construction of steel pipe pile
The invention relates to a construction method for hammering, ramming, guiding and drilling a hole in a steel pipe pile. The construction method comprises the following steps: vertically fixing the steel pipe pile at a designed position; a steel wire rope of a crawler crane penetrates through the steel pipe end protection base and is connected with an impact heavy hammer through a percussion drill steel wire rope connector, then the impact heavy hammer is placed in the steel pipe pile, and the steel pipe end protection base falls to the upper end of the steel pipe pile and is clamped; the impact heavy hammer and the vibration hammer sequentially and circularly sink the steel pipe pile until the ballasts generated by tamping influence the tamping efficiency; a slurry box is connected with the steel pipe pile, a hole is formed in the upper portion of the joint of the steel pipe pile and the slurry box, high-pressure slurry is poured into the steel pipe pile, and the slurry drives rock ballast to flow into the slurry box through the hole; after no rock ballast flows out, the slurry box is dismantled, and the open hole is blocked; and the third step to the fifth step are repeated till the steel pipe piles penetrate through the riprap layer or the rock layer. The construction process is simple and convenient, a large amount of concrete, steel pipe piles, steel pile casings and filling materials are not needed, and the construction cost can be effectively reduced.
