The invention relates to the technical field of cast-in-place pile mud cakes, and discloses a cast-in-place pile mud cake removing construction method which comprises the steps that (1) drilling construction is conducted in a soil layer to form a soil layer hole; (2) drilling construction is conducted in the rock stratum to form rock stratum holes, the soil layer holes and the rock stratum holes are communicated up and down to form cast-in-place pile holes, and the inner side walls of the cast-in-place pile holes are covered with mud walls; (3) a sand bailing hopper is tripped into the cast-in-place pile hole for bailing rock slag, a drill rod is connected to the sand bailing hopper, a power structure for driving the sand bailing hopper to rotate is connected to the drill rod, a mud brushing device is arranged on the sand bailing hopper, and a plurality of steel wire brushes are arranged on the mud brushing device; in the process that the sand bailing hopper descends into the cast-in-place pile hole, the rotating state is kept, the mud brushing device synchronously moves along with the sand bailing hopper and keeps the rotating state, and the multiple steel wire brushes brush the mud cake wall and brush the mud cake wall off from the inner side wall of the cast-in-place pile hole till the sand bailing hopper moves to the bottom of the cast-in-place pile hole; and (4) the bailing hopper is lifted out from bottom to top, the bailing hopper and the wall brushing device are washed with clear water, and the wall brushing device is detached from the bailing hopper.
