The invention discloses a construction method for a shield to pass through an existing bridge pile foundation, which comprises the following steps of: after an underground diaphragm wall, an underpinning pile and a tunnel top high-pressure jet grouting pile are constructed, excavating and supporting a foundation pit, constructing an underpinning bearing platform and an underpinning beam connected with the underpinned bearing platform, jacking the underpinning beam through a jack, cutting off the underpinned pile after jacking is completed, and finally, carrying out tunnel top high-pressure jet grouting on the underpinned pile. Connecting reserved connecting steel bars of the underpinning bearing platform and the underpinning beam, sealing the pile by adopting micro-expansive concrete, finally backfilling the foundation pit, recovering the ground original state, and opening the bin and changing the tool after the pile foundation underpinning is completed. After jacking, the connecting steel bars reserved at the top of the underpinning bearing platform and the connecting steel bars reserved at the bottom of the underpinning beam are connected through the extrusion sleeve, and then micro-expansion concrete is poured into the space between the underpinning bearing platform and the underpinning beam for pile sealing; and the quality safety of the bridge when the shield grinding pile under the subway tunnel passes through is guaranteed, and the driving comfort and life safety of vehicle operation personnel in the bridge operation process are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种盾构穿越既有桥梁桩基础的施工方法,该方法是在施工完成地连墙、托换桩和隧道顶高压旋喷桩后,基坑开挖支护并施工托换承台、与被托换承台连接的托换梁,再通过千斤顶对托换梁进行顶升,顶升完成后截断被托换桩,连接托换承台和托换梁预留的连接钢筋,并采用微膨胀混凝土封桩,最后将基坑回填,恢复地面原状,完成桩基托换后开仓换刀。本发明在顶升后将托换承台顶部预留的连接钢筋和托换梁底部预留的连接钢筋通过挤压套筒连接,再向托换承台和托换梁之间的空间中浇筑微膨胀混凝土进行封桩,保障下穿地铁隧道盾构磨桩通过时桥梁的质量安全、桥梁运营过程中车辆运行人员的驾驶舒适感和生命安全。
