Two pull ropes in bolted connection with the dredging ball are wound on the surfaces of the two winding and unwinding rollers; the dredging balls are arranged at the water inlet of the pipeline and the water outlet of the pipeline, the dredging balls are pulled to slide on the inner wall of the pipeline through the two folding and unfolding assemblies, the round dredging balls are adopted, the rotating problem can be ignored, sludge or garbage can be pushed to be directly pushed out of the interior of the pipeline, and therefore elbow dredging work can be conducted; the use of rollers is omitted, the condition that the rollers are wound by the garbage bag is avoided, and the problems that the existing pipeline dredging equipment cannot meet the elbow dredging requirement and the equipment cannot walk due to the fact that the rollers are easily wound on the rollers when a roller walking dredging mode is adopted are solved.
