The invention discloses a dredging method for a water conservancy project pipeline. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a blockage position is found, a small diving robot is put into a water inlet, the flowing of water is tracked through the small diving robot, and the blockage position can be determined through a waterproof cable connected with the small diving robot after the blockage position is shot; and then the small diving robot is taken out and wiped clean, and the small diving robot is prevented from being damaged by pollutants. By adoption of the dredging method designed by the invention, dredged muddy water can be subjected to physical separation and chemical treatment, outward transportation and stacking are facilitated, the outward transportation size of separated sludge is greatly reduced, the quality of sewage subjected to chemical treatment is clear, the sewage flows back into a sewage pipeline again to be cleaned again, and normal circulation is guaranteed. And in addition, the demanded quantity of workers in construction is small, the dredging cost is reduced, time and labor are saved, working efficiency is improved, and no harm is caused to the bodies of the workers.
