The invention belongs to the technical field of shear walls, and particularly relates to a composite formwork shear wall steel bar connecting device which comprises a first connecting frame, a second connecting frame, a third connecting frame and a fourth connecting frame. The second connecting frame is used for abutting against the other end, opposite to the first connecting frame, of the steel bar; and the locking unit comprises two first locking groups and a plurality of second locking groups, and the first locking groups are spaced left and right and used for locking the first connecting frame and the second connecting frame together, so that the first connecting frame and the second connecting frame clamp the reinforcing steel bars. And each second locking group is used for locking the corresponding shear wall to the first connecting frame. The assembly structure has the advantage that the assembly between the reinforcing steel bars and the shear walls is quickly realized.
