The invention relates to a building construction hoisting device, in particular to a prefabricated structure detachable hoisting device and method.The prefabricated structure detachable hoisting device comprises a prefabricated retaining wall body, an anchoring assembly and a safety auxiliary lifting hook, the anchoring assembly is poured in the prefabricated retaining wall body through concrete, and the safety auxiliary lifting hook is used for locking and connecting the anchoring assembly; the anchoring assemblies are symmetrically anchored on the left side and the right side of the prefabricated retaining wall body, each anchoring assembly comprises an anchoring steel bar, an anchoring steel plate, a screwing sleeve, a protective sleeve cap and an L-shaped high-strength steel bar, thin thread sections are arranged on the upper portions of the anchoring steel bars and the lower portions of the L-shaped high-strength steel bars, and reinforcing sleeves are pre-installed on the lower sides of the thin thread sections of the anchoring steel bars. The anchoring steel plate is provided with a front inserting hole and a rear inserting hole, and anchoring steel bars are inserted into the inserting holes. The prefabricated concrete internal anchoring structure is formed through organic combination and connection of the anchoring steel bars, the anchoring steel plates and the screwing sleeves in the anchoring assemblies.
