The method comprises the following steps: firstly, popping up a positioning axis consistent with an axis on a positioning mold along the circle center of an equipment foundation; after the vertical supports are installed, the positioning mold is integrally hoisted, all the foundation bolts are assembled into the installation holes of the positioning mold in sequence, and the positioning mold and the foundation bolts are connected into a whole in the air; the assembled positioning mold and the foundation bolt are integrally hoisted into an equipment foundation joint bar, after a foundation bolt anchor plate falls below the horizontal support elevation, horizontal support construction is conducted, then the positioning mold and the foundation bolt integrally fall to a positioning mold supporting frame, the foundation bolt is calibrated and reinforced, and the foundation bolt is fixed. And then reinforcing steel bar binding, formwork mounting and concrete pouring are conducted, and formwork dismounting and positioning mold dismounting are conducted after equipment foundation construction is completed.
