The invention provides an integral hoisting construction process for an iron tower, which belongs to the field of iron tower construction and comprises the following steps: assembling the iron tower: assembling a main material of the iron tower and a tower section of the iron tower on the ground; mounting a base fixing frame: fixing channel steel by using a channel steel support, wherein the channel steel is fixed with tower legs of the iron tower; hoisting point fixation: taking a two-thirds position of the tower body of the iron tower as a hoisting point; a truck-mounted crane is arranged in the center of the iron tower, a lifting hook of the truck-mounted crane is connected with the movable pulley block through a steel wire rope, and the iron tower is lifted. The crane is used for replacing derrick assembling commonly used in a traditional iron tower assembling method, the crane is used for overall hoisting operation, the transmission line construction mechanization level is improved, the mechanical equipment utilization rate and the construction efficiency are improved, and the construction progress can be accurately controlled.
