The invention discloses a steel embedded part mounting and positioning device at a steel bar dense position and a construction method thereof, and the device comprises a carrying pole beam which is arranged above the steel bar dense position of a steel bar structure, and the two ends of the carrying pole beam are respectively provided with an axial insertion hole; each supporting assembly comprises a movable rod and a vertically-arranged cutting part, one ends of the two movable rods are movably inserted into the two axial insertion holes of the carrying pole beam respectively, an elastic pulling part is connected between the other ends of the two movable rods, the upper end of each cutting part is connected to the corresponding movable rod, and the lower end of each cutting part is connected to the corresponding elastic pulling part. The lower end of the cutting part is inserted into the steel bar structure; and the jack is used for pushing an embedded steel plate of a steel embedded part downwards to enable a plurality of anchoring rods of the steel embedded part to be inserted into the steel bar dense part, and is mounted at the bottom of the carrying pole beam. According to the method, the problems that time and labor are wasted and positioning is inaccurate in a traditional installation method of the steel embedded part at the steel bar dense position are solved.
本发明公开了一种钢筋密集处的钢埋件安装定位装置及其施工方法,包括:扁担梁,设置于钢筋结构的钢筋密集处的上方,所述扁担梁的两端分别开设有轴向插孔;两支承组件,所述支承组件包括活动杆和竖向设置的扦插件,两活动杆的一端分别可活动地插设于所述扁担梁的两轴向插孔中,所述两活动杆的另一端之间连接有弹性拉结件,所述扦插件的上端连接于所述活动杆,所述扦插件的下端插设于所述钢筋结构中;用于向下顶推钢埋件的预埋钢板以令所述钢埋件的多根锚固杆插设于所述钢筋密集处的千斤顶,安装于所述扁担梁的底部。本发明解决了传统的钢筋密集处的钢埋件的安装方法存在费时费力且定位不准确的问题。
