The barrack comprises a photovoltaic module, the photovoltaic module comprises N * M photovoltaic cell units, N is larger than or equal to 4, and M is larger than or equal to 4; the processor comprises a control module, a row selector, a column selector, a parallel selector, a light intensity sensor and an input unit, and the input unit inputs rated voltage of barrack electric equipment and rated current of the electric equipment; the light intensity sensor is used for detecting light intensity, and the control module provides control signals for the column selector, the row selector and the parallel selector according to rated voltage, rated current and light intensity of electric equipment so as to select parts from N * M photovoltaic battery units of the photovoltaic module and perform series-parallel connection to supply power to the electric equipment. According to the invention, even if the light intensity is changed, the requirements of rated voltage and rated current of barrack electric equipment can be met.
