A quick disassembly and assembly barrack relates to the technical field of combat equipment, the barrack is composed of barrack unit modules, and each barrack unit module comprises a frame assembly which is a folding mechanism and comprises a base and a cover plate; the bed body assembly comprises an inflatable cushion and a supporting frame, and the supporting frame has a supporting state in which the supporting frame is embedded into the lower side of the inflatable cushion so that the inflatable cushion can be sunken into the outline shape of the supporting frame and a folding state in which the supporting frame is folded to form a second cavity to contain the inflatable cushion; the outer cover is used for covering the frame assembly and the bed body assembly. The barrack is composed of the unit modules, one barrack unit module or multiple barrack unit modules can be arranged, the application scene of the barrack is increased through the modular design, and the application range of the barrack is expanded. Each barrack unit module is composed of a frame assembly, a bed body assembly and an outer cover, the outer covers can be made of soft materials, the frame assemblies, the bed body assemblies and the outer covers are all of foldable assembly structures, and storage and transportation of the barrack are facilitated.
