A second dumping mechanism which is parallel to the first dumping mechanism, extends to be aligned to the barrier gate and is used for dumping the right handrail is arranged on the right side of the ultra-wide lane in the advancing direction of the ultra-wide lane. The automatic widening device can effectively solve the problem of automatic widening of the ultra-wide lane of the highway toll station, and has the advantages of automatic control and convenience in widening and resetting. The invention also discloses an automatic widening method for the highway toll station, which not only can complete automatic widening, but also can complete automatic homing in a short time.
