Cold regeneration method of old asphalt mixture
The invention relates to a cold recycling method of an old asphalt mixture, and belongs to the technical field of recycling of pavement material resources. Comprising the following steps: (1) mixing and stirring an aqueous emulsion component A and an old asphalt mixture until the surface of the old asphalt mixture is uniformly wrapped by the component A; (2) uniformly mixing and stirring a component B of the aqueous emulsion and a new binding material until the mixture is not layered or precipitated and is uniform in color; and (3) mixing the products obtained in the step (1) and the step (2), and stirring until the surface of the product obtained in the step (1) is uniformly wrapped by the product obtained in the step (2). The method comprises the following steps: shoveling an existing asphalt pavement surface layer, then carrying out oilstone separation to obtain an old asphalt mixture, and respectively modifying the old asphalt mixture and a new binding material by using two water-soluble monomers to obtain a new asphalt mixture; the cohesiveness of the mixture is improved, the pavement performance is improved, the durability is increased, the maintenance requirement is reduced, and the service life of the pavement is prolonged; the cold regeneration of the old asphalt mixture is realized, and the generation of solid wastes is reduced.
本发明一种旧沥青混合料的冷再生方法,属于路面材料资源回收再利用技术领域。包括以下步骤(1)将水乳液A组分与旧沥青混合料混合搅拌直至旧沥青混合料表面被A组分包裹均匀;(2)将水乳液B组分与新粘结料混合搅拌均匀直至不分层、不沉淀、颜色均一;(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)的产物混合,搅拌直至步骤(1)的产物表面被步骤(2)的产物包裹均匀。将现有沥青路面面层铲削后进行油石分离得到旧沥青混合料,使用两种水溶性单体分别对旧沥青混合料和新粘结料进行改性,得到新的沥青混合料;不仅改善了混合料的粘结性,提高了路面性能,增加了耐久性,减少了维护要求,延长了路面寿命;实现了旧沥青混合料的冷再生,减少了固废产生。
