The invention discloses an asphalt mixture regeneration method which specifically comprises the following steps: S1, crushing waste materials: crushing a waste asphalt mixture, and enabling the maximum particle size of the crushed waste asphalt mixture to be smaller than 31.5 mm; s2, feeding and stirring for the first time: adding emulsified asphalt, a regenerant and a solubilizer into the crushed waste asphalt mixture, and stirring for 15-25 minutes at the stirring speed of 100-150r/min; s3, adding materials and stirring for the second time: adding an emulsifier and latex, and stirring for 15-25 minutes at the stirring speed of 100-150r/min; s4, adding and stirring for the third time: adding the cement and the water, and stirring for 30-40 minutes at the stirring speed of 150-200 r/min; s5, feeding and stirring for the fourth time: adding a new asphalt mixture, and stirring for 60-120 minutes at the stirring speed of 200-300 r/min; the reclaimed material of the asphalt mixture obtained by the invention has physicochemical properties similar to those of a new asphalt mixture, can replace the new asphalt mixture, greatly reduces the use amount of the new asphalt mixture, and has the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection.
