The invention discloses an expanded glass foaming inorganic thermal-insulation fireproof plate and a preparation method thereof. The fireproof plate is formed by compounding a first component material, a second component material and a third component material, the first component material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1 to 5 parts of expanded glass, 0.5 to 1 part of water, 0.01 to 0.1 part of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.02 to 0.1 part of rubber powder and 0.005 to 0.01 part of polypropylene fiber; the second component material is prepared from 0.4 to 2 parts of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 1 to 4 parts of caustic calcined magnesite powder, 0.5 to 3 parts of water, 0.05 to 0.1 part of citric acid, 0.02 to 0.2 part of rubber powder and 0.01 to 0.1 part of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; and the third component material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.01-0.1 part of a foaming agent, 0.2-2 parts of water and 0.05-0.1 part of methyl sodium silicate. The weight is light; the heat conductivity coefficient is low; the compressive strength is high; the heat preservation and fire prevention effects are good;
