The invention discloses a preparation method of a Grass-B2O3 (at) SiO2/SiB6 (at) Al2O3-SiC antioxidant gradient coating on the surface of a C/C composite material, which comprises the following steps: adding B2O3 (at) SiO2 core-shell powder and SiB6 (at) Al2O3 core-shell powder into a first mixed solution to obtain a suspension A; adding I2 into the suspension A to obtain a suspension B; a C/C-SiC sample is placed in the suspension liquid B for deposition, and a C/C-SiC-B2O3 (at) SiO2/SiB6 (at) Al2O3 sample is obtained; preparing a suspension C, a suspension D and a suspension E; a C/C-SiC-B2O3 (at) SiO2/SiB6 (at) Al2O3 sample is sequentially put into the suspension liquid C, the suspension liquid D and the suspension liquid E to be soaked, and a Glass-B2O3 (at) SiO2/SiB6 (at) Al2O3-SiC coating sample is obtained. The method is simple to operate, and the preparation efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种C/C复合材料表面Glass‑B2O3@SiO2/SiB6@Al2O3‑SiC抗氧化梯度涂层的制备方法,包括将B2O3@SiO2核壳粉体和SiB6@Al2O3核壳粉体加入第一混合液,得到悬浮液A;向悬浮液A加入I2,得到悬浮液B;将C/C‑SiC试样放入悬浮液B沉积,得到C/C‑SiC‑B2O3@SiO2/SiB6@Al2O3试样;制备悬浮液C、悬浮液D以及悬浮液E;将C/C‑SiC‑B2O3@SiO2/SiB6@Al2O3试样依次放入悬浮液C、悬浮液D以及悬浮液E中浸渍,得到Glass‑B2O3@SiO2/SiB6@Al2O3‑SiC涂层试样。本方法操作简单,提高了制备效率。
