A preparation method of a C/C composite material SiB6 anti-oxidation coating comprises the following steps: preparing a C/C-SiC sample through a two-step embedding method, mixing SiB6 with an isopropanol solution and ethanol, adding I2 to prepare a suspension B, placing the suspension B in a reaction kettle, selecting a graphite matrix as an anode of the reaction kettle, and adopting a C/C-SiC matrix as a cathode to carry out pulsed arc discharge deposition to prepare the C/C-SiC-SiB6 sample. According to the pulsed arc discharge deposition method, on the basis of a hydrothermal electrophoretic deposition process, continuous and stable direct-current voltage at the two ends is increased to pulse voltage, the pulse voltage can generate electric arcs between a cathode and an anode, the electric arcs can enable coating particles to be instantly heated and sintered together, and therefore the density and crystallinity of the coating are greatly improved.
