The invention discloses a vibration reduction fastener system convenient to quickly install and an installation method thereof.The vibration reduction fastener system comprises a plastic sleeve pre-buried in a sleeper and an insulation buffer base plate laid on the sleeper, an elastic base plate, an iron base plate and an under-rail base plate are sequentially arranged on the insulation buffer base plate, a steel rail is placed on the under-rail base plate, and the steel rail is connected with the plastic sleeve. An insulating gauge block is arranged in a gap between a steel rail foot and an iron base plate, the iron base plate, an elastic base plate and an insulating buffer base plate are fastened above a sleeper through bolts and buckling blocks, and the steel rail is tightly buckled on the iron base plate through a rapid elastic strip. The quick mounting and dismounting of the elastic strip can be realized through the elastic strip mounting tool; the high-rigidity under-rail base plate is adopted, so that damage caused by uneven load can be prevented; load can be evenly distributed through the iron base plate by adopting the low-rigidity elastic base plate, and the stress state of the elastic base plate is optimized. The transverse load resisting capacity of the fastener system is optimized, and the gauge adjusting capacity and the height adjusting capacity of the fastener system are both considered.
